This website is run by Independent Baptist Academy, a ministry of Independent Baptist Church, 9255 Piscataway Rd, Clinton, MD 20735. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

Information you send us

When you fill out the Request Info form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number and information about your student). The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to our school office by email. We use this information only to answer your request and help you with enrollment. We do not sell or share it.

When you book a tour, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the details you enter are sent to our school office.

Outside services

Some links and pages use outside services with their own privacy policies: Calendly (tour booking), Formspree (Request Info form), Microsoft Forms (absence reporting, camp registration and town hall questions), Gradelink (parent portal), Anedot (online giving) and Facebook. When you use those services, their privacy policies apply.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this; it does not tell us who you are. The site does not use advertising cookies. The tour scheduler may set cookies needed for it to work.
